Regional HR Lead- LATAM
We want you to play a key role in delivering the defined global Practeon experience in all LATAM countries we operate in (currently Brazil & Mexico)
Some of the specific tasks you will work on are listed below. These are meant to simply be a guide and we expect you to define your own job description and achieve measurable impact.
- Manage Talent Acquisition for Practo in the identified region
- Sourcing with a focus on driving referrals & direct sourcing.
- Deliver the defined Practeon experience to all candidates (no black-holes, speed of hiring and ease of on-boarding)
- Support HR for the identified region by leveraging resources available and making changes to suit the local nuances:
- Ensure role clarity for all Practeons in the region by working with people managers in an effective manner
- Take care of the basic HR needs are fulfilled seamlessly (Salaries, Incentives/Bonuses, reimbursements, work environment, benefits)
- Support Practeons to learn & grow by leveraging global & local resources available
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and trust (country managers, sales leads and operations leads) and support them with their talent needs
- Focus on retention and pro-actively build mechanisms to manage talent risk
- Drive interventions to ensure that the distributed work-force is highly engaged and aligned with Practo’s vision and culture
- Take responsibility for all people related statutory requirements in all the countries in the region
Skills and Experiences
- Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available
- Strong HR business partnering experience in a fast paced distributed organization (start-up/tech company with a very young workforce)
- Experience in supporting international locations outside the home country
- Some experience in a sales driven organization will be useful
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence without authority
- Ability & comfort to work in an unstructured environment
- Some consulting experience will be very valuable
