Worked as Coordinator & Clinical investigator in International double blind randomized controlled trial on “Pramipexole-ER in advance Parkinson disease”. During this study the primary role was to clinically assess, stage and monitor advanced Parkinson patients including clinical signs, UPDRS, H&Y grading, monitoring of drug related fluctuations, side-effects and drug titration. Has been working actively in area of Stroke – Acute stroke management, Stroke rehabilitation etc. Organization of stroke team from grass-root levels, educating Emergency Room staff and making stroke-protocols for quick and effective stroke imaging – mainly for thrombolysis in acute nonhemorrhagic stroke. Has done Intravenous thrombolysis with tPA, Intraarterial thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy with Penumbra.
